Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding career where your expertise as an Occupational Therapist has a direct impact on students' growth and independence. Two positions are available for driven OTs to support K-12 learners near Locust Grove, VA on a contract basis. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Virginia OT license or eligibility to obtain one Previous experience in school settings is a plus, but not mandatory Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for working collaboratively with both educational professionals and families
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services according to students' IEPs Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform service needs Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student Partner with teachers, special education personnel, and parents to maximize student outcomes Maintain clear and thorough documentation, ensuring state and district compliance Take part in IEP meetings to help develop and track progress toward student goals Foster student success in fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily life independence
Caseload & Details:
