Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embrace an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives as a full-time Occupational Therapist during the 2026-2027 school year. In this contract role, you will collaborate closely with educators and families to promote student success and help learners reach their fullest potential. This position offers the chance to work within a dynamic school environment and contribute valuable expertise to a multidisciplinary team. What we're looking for: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license or eligibility to obtain one prior to your start date Previous experience providing occupational therapy services in a school environment preferred Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention plans Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of students' skills and needs Develop customized treatment plans and interventions to support educational goals Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in classroom and specialized settings Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support Track and report on progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP development Participate in team meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning This is a chance to utilize your passion and expertise to foster independent life skills, academic participation, and social-emotional growth in students.
