Key Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials Previous experience within school-based or pediatric settings strongly favored Skilled in assessments, interventions, and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Exceptional communication abilities working with students, teachers, and families Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing school needs Comfortable collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to determine students' unique needs and strengths Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to foster students' access to curriculum and daily activities Collaborate with educators to integrate OT strategies within classroom routines Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Offer guidance and resources to families to support student success at home and school Adapt interventions and recommendations as students' needs evolve throughout the year
