Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact on young learners by providing essential physical therapy services in a supportive school environment. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with early intervention caseloads, serving preschool-aged children in the Aston, Broomall, and surrounding areas. Enjoy a flexible schedule with morning hours only, working 3-4 days a week as you travel between various preschools to deliver high-quality physical therapy sessions.
Ideal candidates will have:
Pennsylvania licensure as a Physical Therapist Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting, particularly with early intervention populations Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams The ability to manage a travel-based caseload efficiently and independently Reliable transportation for travel between sites Dedication to fostering each child's developmental progress through individualized treatment plans In this role, you will: Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored for young children with diverse physical needs Implement direct physical therapy interventions within preschool settings Communicate progress and recommendations to families and educational staff Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with school and state requirements Contribute expertise as part of a collaborative early intervention team This position offers the chance to help shape school experiences for children at a pivotal stage of development while benefiting from morning-only shifts and a contract structure that encourages work-life balance.
