Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' physical abilities, develop individualized care plans, and provide targeted therapy sessions to maximize functional independence in the school setting Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the academic environment Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and PT practice guidelines Support students in accessing curriculum and activities as fully as possible Contribute to IEP team meetings and communicate student needs

Qualifications and Experience:

Current, active Physical Therapist license Experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations is highly desirable Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to independently manage a dynamic caseload Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice
