Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required Willingness to obtain additional Massachusetts educational certifications as needed Previous experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents is highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills Prepared to engage onsite (role is not virtual) Passion for fostering student independence and mobility

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct physical therapy services to students based on individualized plans Conduct student assessments and assist in developing therapeutic goals Collaborate with educators and other specialists to integrate therapy into students' daily routines Document progress, adapt plans, and communicate effectively with school teams and families Adhere to school and state regulations regarding therapy provision and documentation Why consider this role?
