Work onsite with diverse student populations, including PreK children with social-emotional and behavioral needs, as well as those with elementary and high school Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current and active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (MA OT) Previous experience supporting students in school-based settings, particularly with social-emotional, behavioral, and ASD challenges Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting strategies for various student needs Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care in an onsite educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on occupational therapy services to PreK-high school students Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other professionals to support holistic student development Document progress, maintain accurate therapy records, and participate in team meetings as required Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, sensory tools, and classroom modifications as needed during the summer program
