Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a positive impact this summer by providing essential psychological services for students during an Extended School Year (ESY) program. This contract opportunity is perfect for an experienced School Psychologist seeking flexible, "as needed" hours to complete important evaluations and support student success.
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist Prior experience conducting psychological assessments and evaluations in a school setting Strong knowledge of special education processes and compliance Exceptional report-writing skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct a total of 12 student psychological evaluations during the summer ESY session Administer a variety of assessments to determine eligibility for special education or related services Complete thorough, timely documentation and reports for each evaluation in accordance with school and district protocols Collaborate as needed with educational staff to gather background information and ensure accurate interpretations of assessment data Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards throughout all stages of the evaluation process This contract-based, summer role provides a set number of hours, with the flexibility to manage your schedule as evaluations and paperwork are completed.
