Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Valid South Carolina licensure as a School Psychologist (School Psych II required) Proven experience working within school settings, addressing diverse student needs Skill in conducting evaluations and assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade Strong communication and collaboration abilities to partner with educators, parents, and district professionals Commitment to ethical, student-centered practices and confidentiality
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students as referred Provide valuable input to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary teams Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies supporting positive student outcomes Document assessment findings, maintain records, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Offer recommendations for interventions and accommodations, helping students thrive both academically and emotionally
