Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver small-group and individualized instruction in reading, math, and other core subjects aligned to IEP goals Provide support within both resource classrooms and general education settings through co-teaching and consultation Monitor students' academic progress and maintain precise, compliant documentation Collaborate closely with general education teachers and the special education team to plan effective interventions and strategies Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, developing and implementing appropriate accommodations and modifications Foster positive relationships and provide consistent academic and behavioral support to middle school students

Preferred Qualifications:
