Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact by supporting students in a vibrant school environment as a School Psychologist on a contract basis. This pivotal role involves working closely with students, educators, and families to foster success and well-being.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure as required by the state Previous experience in school settings preferred Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to develop and implement evidence-based interventions Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students Collaborate with teachers and staff to design interventions supporting student learning and behavior Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams Provide direct counseling services to students, both individually and in groups Offer crisis intervention and support as needed Consult with families to address student needs and strengthen home-school connections Maintain accurate, confidential records and adhere to federal, state, and district policies This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, supportive educational setting where every day brings opportunities to positively affect students' lives and contribute to a collaborative school community.
