Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' learning needs and challenges Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and intervention strategies tailored to student needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist in Minnesota Experience with psychoeducational evaluations, data interpretation, and report writing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, school-based environment
