Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based Contract Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a lasting impact in a school environment. This contract position runs for the full academic year, from August 2026 through May 2027, and is located near South Holland, Illinois. The role offers a steady schedule of 32.5 hours per week within a collaborative and supportive setting. Pay starts at $50+/hour, based on experience. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students succeed both behaviorally and academically. You'll work closely with teachers, staff, and families to design and implement evidence-based interventions that promote positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Prior experience delivering ABA services in a school setting strongly preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to analyze data and track student progress effectively Commitment to creating an inclusive, student-centered learning environment
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans Supervise and support behavior technicians and intervention staff Partner with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Train school staff and families on effective behavioral strategies Track, document, and report progress toward student goals Attend team meetings, reviews, and other required school functions This school-year contract offers consistent hours, a positive work environment, and the chance to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
