Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by bringing your expertise as a School Psychologist to a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, working with students from PreK through 12th grade. You'll play a crucial role in fostering academic, emotional, and social growth by collaborating with staff, students, and families.
Qualifications and Experience:
Must hold current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with PreK-12 students is preferred Proficient in conducting comprehensive student evaluations Skilled in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Experienced with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Strong communication and collaboration abilities Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Complete student evaluations and re-evaluations as needed Develop and participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student goal-setting and planning Implement and oversee behavior plans (BIPs), consulting with educators and parents Provide progress monitoring and data analysis to support student growth Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs Offer counseling interventions and recommendations for accommodations Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance requirements This is an excellent opportunity for passionate professionals looking to make a lasting impact.
