Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Explore an opportunity to make a significant impact supporting students by providing school-based psychological services on a flexible, contract basis. This role, based in the Philadelphia area with coverage near Norristown, centers around conducting student evaluations throughout the current season, the summer, and into the next school year. Desired background and qualifications:
Current or eligibility for Pennsylvania School Psychologist License prior to the upcoming school year Demonstrated experience or training as a School Psychologist Strong ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and create actionable recommendations Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff Commitment to maintaining clear, timely documentation Familiarity with school-based processes and intervention teams Key responsibilities: Complete student evaluations in accordance with school requirements and best practices Consult with school personnel to support development and implementation of intervention strategies Gather and analyze relevant student data, both qualitative and quantitative Participate in team meetings as needed and communicate findings to multidisciplinary teams Help foster a positive and inclusive environment by promoting student well-being Compensation for this contract position offers an hourly range of $45-$60, commensurate with licensure, experience, and qualifications.
