Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact as a school psychologist supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school grades in a vibrant educational environment. This contract opportunity provides the chance to utilize your expertise, working onsite with students from PreK through 12th grade while enjoying the flexibility to design a work schedule that aligns with your needs and the school day.
Key Qualifications:
Active School Psychologist license in Michigan (verification required) Demonstrated ability to independently manage typical school psychologist responsibilities Prior experience working with PreK-12th grade students preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations Develop, interpret, and implement student intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and well-being Provide individual and group counseling as needed Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and services Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
