Full-Time Contract (37.5 Hours/Week) Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed School Social Worker for a full-year contract assignment. As a contract professional in this program, you will work in a supportive, resource-rich environment designed to assist students in overcoming social, emotional, and behavioral barriers. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive school climate and providing the necessary interventions to help students succeed both personally and academically.Key Position Details Employment Type:

K-12 students (General and Special Education populations)Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience Requirements To be considered for this contract position, candidates MUST possess: Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement. Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Previous experience or a strong clinical interest in providing individual/group counseling and crisis intervention for elementary-age students. Candidates who are not fully licensed or who will not be licensed before the beginning of the 26-27 school year will NOT be considered. Professional Environment This contract role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative cooperative of educators and clinicians. You will have access to the specialized tools and team support necessary to facilitate IEP meetings, conduct social-developmental histories, and make a profound impact on the early developmental stages of students.
