Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract position offers the chance to support a diverse caseload as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, focusing on grades 2 and 3 within a single school environment. You'll work closely with students, educators, and families to help children find their voices and reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Recent experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to manage and prioritize caseload of 28 students Dedication to collaborative, student-centered service
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct onsite speech and language therapy to students, primarily in grades 2 and 3 Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and reports according to school and legal requirements Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Participate in meetings such as IEPs and contribute to team decisions Adapt interventions and strategies to meet the unique needs of each child This role is scheduled for 40 hours per week on-site at a single school, providing the consistency and community to build strong relationships and monitor progress effectively.
