Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility State licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Demonstrated experience or passion for working in a K-12 school environment Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals Provide direct and consultative therapy in a school-based setting Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other service providers to create a supportive learning atmosphere Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team initiatives
