Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Relevant experience in school-based settings or a strong desire to work with elementary students Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with 4th through 6th grade students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with each student's goals Collaborate efficiently with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress Provide both group and individual therapy sessions as appropriate Maintain accurate records through regular progress monitoring and documentation Participate in school meetings, professional development, and contribute to a positive learning environment
