Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Ignite your passion for helping students by joining a supportive school-based team as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. Experience a welcoming and collaborative environment without the expectation of additional duties outside your contracted hours—focus solely on making a direct impact in the lives of students. This full-time contract role is designed for professionals eager to provide both direct and indirect services, with guaranteed hours each week. It's ideal for SLPs with their CCC, those completing their CFY, or anyone with school-based SLP experience looking to expand their expertise.
Key Qualifications:
Master's in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current or eligible state licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Prior experience in school settings is highly valued Strong communication, organizational, and rapport-building skills Commitment to collaborating with educators, families, and students Ability to design and implement treatment plans based on IEP goals
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and deliver individualized therapy to students with varying speech and language needs Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with IEPs Maintain detailed records of sessions, student progress, and compliance Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Support students in achieving both academic and social success
