Summer 2026: Extended School Year (ESY) Medication Manager Lincoln Public Schools (MA) - 3.3 Lincoln, MA Job Details Part-time Up to $50 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Clinical supervision Management Mid-level Policy & process development Clinical documentation Medication management Full Job Description Summer 2026: Extended School Year (ESY) Medication Management Medication Manager will work in the ESY program (July 6 - August 6) Up to $50.00 per hour. The Medication Manager will be supervised by the Director of Student Services. The Medication Manager will oversee the Lincoln Public Schools medication administration program in compliance with 105 CMR 210.000 and is required to ensure safe, consistent, and lawful medication administration through the medication delegation process, procedures and policy. The Medication Manager is responsible for developing procedures, in partnership with the Director of Student Services, for overseeing medication storage. The Medication Manager, along with the School Nurse, is responsible for supporting individuals who are trained through the medication delegation program to properly administer medications. The Medication Manager will also oversee that all medical documentation is entered into the appropriate documentation portal and support unlicensed individuals who administer medications to document and establish protocols for recording and reporting medication errors. The Medication Manager, along with School Nurses, may include supervision of Assistant Nurses and/ or Licensed Practical Nurse throughout the school day and during all after school hours for the administration of medication. The Medication Manager will need to be available for consultation and supervision for after school hours to those who administer medication under the medication delegation program. Such consultation and supervision can occur remotely on a device provided by the school district. The Medication Manager will be responsible for working with the school nurses of Lincoln Public Schools to ensure individuals who will administer medications through the medication delegation policy are fully trained/delegate to unlicensed personnel.
