Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with children
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's unique learning needs Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress tracking Offer consultation and strategies to help educators adapt curriculum and classroom environments What's in It for
