Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university Current Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; strong Clinical Fellows are welcome Prior experience providing speech/language therapy in school-based settings Proficient in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) Skilled in screening, evaluating, and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and create targeted, measurable IEP goals for students with communication challenges Provide direct and consultative therapy services across a variety of student populations (elementary, middle or high school as assigned) Monitor progress and update stakeholders with regular data-driven reports Facilitate collaboration with teachers, parents, and other related service providers Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports student growth and participation
