Key Qualifications:

Active SLP license in California Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills across communication disorders Excellent communication and organizational abilities Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Provide individualized and group therapy sessions according to student IEPs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support impact of therapy goals in the classroom Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all students on caseload Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Help students develop the skills needed for academic and social success
