Job Description

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Analyst to meet anticipated growth within our expanding mission modeling capability based on growing customer requirements in the National Defense sector. You will work with customers, the Study Lead, and model developers to create and execute analysis plans, including computer model run matrices and develop computer model (AFSIM and other mission and engagement level models) input to replicate the system or concept under test, the appropriate operating environment, and the concept of operations. Responsibilities Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Analyst, who will work with customers, the Study Lead, and model developers to create and execute analysis plans including computer model run matrices and develop computer model (AFSIM and other mission and engagement level models) input to replicate the system or concept under test, the appropriate operating environment, and the concept of operations. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: Assist the Study Lead in defining study questions to address their issues of concern and in translating customer study questions into analysis plans. Develop model input data to replicate systems or concepts as analysis subjects. Assist software developers who program and operate the model(s) to produce output. Post-process this output into measures of merit and effectiveness to support the analysis plan objectives. Assist in the interpretation of model results and develop presentations of findings and conclusions for the customer to help them in their decision-making processes. Qualifications 0+ years' experience with mission-level modeling and simulation tools, i.e., AFSIM, Suppressor, or EADSIM required (but experience desired) Thorough knowledge of modeling and simulation methodologies is required, especially when developing experimental designs, executing study plans, and constructing scenario elements.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, operations research, computer science, or a similar field.
Clearance Requirements:
No clearance is required (but desired), and the secret is eligible to start. Top Secret with SCI eligibility, desired. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. #LI-AC1 #LI-Onsite
