School of Medicine Job Description Dr. Smith will be working on a spatial biology project to define the structures and functions of tertiary lymphoid tissues in the context of autoimmunity, cancer and infection using both mouse and human tissues. He will be using a variety of new technologies, including COMET multiplex immunofluorescence, XENIUM spatial transcriptomics and lightsheet microscopy. He will work with individuals in the spatial bioinformatics working group to develop and implement bioinformatic pipelines to quantify spatial relationships between cells and identify novel interactions that govern local immune function in tissues. Required Qualifications PhD in biological sciences and some immunology background
