40.0 Responsibilities Purify recombinant antibodies, bispecific antibodies, and recombinant proteins using industry-standard practices to support discovery and pipeline efforts Proficient in purification technologies such as ProA, CH1, and IEX to support antibody and protein purification using AKTA systems and HT processes Provide scientific input on protein/antibody production, purification, and characterization to support discovery and preclinical development of biotherapeutic candidates Assess protein structure/function and quality to evaluate biologics for developability and scalable manufacturing Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and laboratory standards Support experimental design, data analysis, and result interpretation for protein and antibody projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 4-5 years, or PhD with 0-3 years Proven track record in therapeutic monoclonal antibody purification using AKTA systems Experience in various chromatography modes including affinity, size-exclusion, ion-exchange, and HIC Knowledge in protein/antibody characterization and large-scale production processes Ability to analyze scientific data, prepare reports, and present findings effectively Strong laboratory skills and knowledge of safety proceduresStrong Plus:
