Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Scientist to support analytical method development and testing for synthetic and small-molecule drug substance and drug product. Our team is looking for a hands-on analytical scientist who can contribute strong laboratory expertise, interpret data clearly, and collaborate effectively to generate robust, reliable results.
Responsibilities:
Plan, conduct, monitor, and analyze experiments with limited supervision to generate reproducible and reliable data. Develop, implement, and modify analytical methods and protocols as needed, including transferring methods from literature into the lab. Perform analytical testing and support troubleshooting of equipment, experimental issues, and laboratory processes. Communicate data, interpretations, and technical findings to the work group and contribute to reports, presentations, and other scientific documents.
Required:
Doctorate degree, or PhD/PharmD/MD with 2 years of experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience. Hands-on analytical chemistry experience with meaningful HPLC experience. Technical capability in UHPLC, GC, Karl Fisher, and dissolution method development and execution. Experience in analytical method development and testing for synthetic/small-molecule pharmaceutical drug substance and drug product.
