$60 to $65 an hour.Client Industry:

12 Months Contract (Possible Extension Based on Performance and Business Needs)Job Summary:
We are seeking a Scientist to support analytical characterization of biologics and large molecule proteins. The role focuses on hands on mass spectrometry and LC MS analysis of protein based molecules. The scientist will design and execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate scientific findings. Experience with intact protein, subunit analysis, or peptide mapping is highly relevant. The position requires strong laboratory skills, scientific independence, data integrity, and cross functional communication.Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute analytical characterization experiments for biologics and protein based molecules. Perform hands on LC MS and mass spectrometry analysis. Conduct intact protein, subunit analysis, and peptide mapping studies. Analyze and interpret analytical data and communicate scientific findings. Perform laboratory activities using HPLC, UPLC, and protein fractionation techniques. Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with internal and cross functional scientific teams.Required Qualifications:
Hands on experience with mass spectrometry and LC MS.1 Experience with large molecules, biologics, proteins, or protein characterization. Experience with intact protein, subunit analysis, or peptide mapping using LC MS. Hands on laboratory experience with experimental execution and data analysis. Ability to independently design and execute scientific experiments. Strong scientific communication skills. PhD with relevant postdoctoral experience, MS, or BS with strong relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Thermo Orbitrap experience. Protein biophysical characterization experience. DSC experience. CD experience. AUC experience. AKTA chromatography or fractionation experience. Broader protein chromatography experience.Benefits:
