Job Description
Celnovte Biotechnology, an in vitro diagnostics (IVD) company, located in Rockville MD, is searching for a talented bioconjugation chemist to join a new initiative to propel the company forward. The candidate will be involved in the R&D of multiplex immunofluorescence products.

https://www.celnovte.com/ Responsibilities Prepare protein-protein conjugates, protein-oligo conjugates. Purification and analysis of conjugates by chromatography techniques. Process control for protein conjugation by a variety of analytical assays Implementation of developed assay techniques in Celnovte's full automated instrument platforms. Review data, troubleshooting experiments, prepare reports, and present results in team meetings. Assist with process development and SOP writing. Maintain excellent laboratory records, record production related data clearly and accurately following the SOP (Standard operating procedure) Coordinate assigned tasks between multiple team members. MinimumRequirement Ms. degree or PhD degree in Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology or related field, with excellent understanding of organic chemistry and chromatographic techniques. With solid background, A successful candidate is expected to master bioconjugation related skills within the first year. The candidate must be familiar withGE AKITA
system and UNICORN software and size exclusion chromatography.Requirements:
Master's with 3 years of related industry lab experience or PhD in the related fields with sufficient lab experience Preferred experience: Proficiency in the following assays is preferred: Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western-Blot. Proficiency in protein purification by theGE AKTA FPLC
system. Experience working in a life science manufacturing environment is required, with knowledge of developing and following SOPs. Salary depends on experience. We are able to sponsorH-1B VISA!
