Basic requirements:

• 21+ and Handler's Card eligible
• Attention to detail
• Customer service skills
• Data handling and processing experience is required. Coursework, research, and professional experience are acceptable.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, science, or equivalent science and math coursework is desirable
• Professional service or quality control experience is desirable Job duties:
• In collaboration with the quality manager and scientific director, prepare certificates of analysis
• Review data for quality
• Report results to clients

• Reception:

  Receive samples from clients Process payments Answer phone and email inquiries
• Maintain front office documents
• Review instrumental output, and monitor trends
• Perform and document quality control activities
• Assist with laboratory activities
• Coordinate with other employees to meet deadlines Working hours: The business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate is a dependable individual able to open and/or close the shop regularly.
