Job Description
Senior Embryologist - Full Time OC Biogenix, Inc. | Newport Beach, CA OC Biogenix, Inc., a reproductive laboratory affiliated with OC Fertility, is seeking an experienced Senior Embryologist to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a full-time position for an embryologist with strong technical skills who values quality, precision, and personalized patient care. Responsibilities Perform all aspects of clinical embryology, including oocyte identification, fertilization assessment, embryo culture and grading Perform ICSI, embryo biopsy, vitrification and warming Assist with embryo transfer preparation and cryopreservation procedures Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and quality control records Participate in laboratory quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and other laboratory personnel Qualifications Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred Significant hands-on experience in a clinical IVF laboratory Proficiency in ICSI, embryo biopsy, vitrification, warming, and embryo culture Strong attention to detail and commitment to laboratory quality and patient safety Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, patient-focused fertility practice
