Job Description

Job Overview California IVF Fertility Center located in Sacramento, CA has an opening for a Full Time fully trained senior embryologist. We are in search of a senior embryologist with a minimum 4-year degree in a biological science and that can demonstrate at least 3-5 years of full-time experience in the field of human ART. The senior embryologist must be proficient with all basic andrology and embryology procedures, cryopreservation, assessment and preparation of semen for IUI and IVF, oocyte retrieval, ICSI, assisted hatching, embryo transfer, and embryo vitrification. Experience with trophectoderm biopsy and oocyte vitrification is also required. Responsibilities Perform advanced ART procedures, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo biopsy, and cryopreservation. Conduct detailed assessments of oocytes, sperm, and embryos. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all laboratory procedures and patient data. Experience A Bachelor's degree in biology, reproductive science, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred. 3-5 years of embryology experience. Proven experience in basic andrology and embryology procedures. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
