Summary Statement The Cell Therapy Specialist demonstrates meticulous precision and attention to detail, as well as the ability to adapt to a flexible, occasionally unpredictable work schedule. This role requires specialized training, proficiency in cell processing in ISO 7 cleanrooms, knowledge of GMP production, and the ability to conduct flow cytometry testing. Additionally, knowledge of cryopreservation and adherence to documentation standards in accordance with GMP/GDP guidelines are essential.
