Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Embryologist to oversee daily laboratory operations and perform advanced embryology procedures in a fast-paced fertility practice. This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality laboratory standards, supporting patient care, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of results. Responsibilities Perform egg retrievals, embryo transfers, fertilization assessments, and embryo grading. Conduct ICSI, embryo and egg freezing/thawing, and PGD biopsy with DNA preparation. Perform daily laboratory setup and quality control activities. Complete andrology functions, endocrine testing, and phlebotomy as needed. Follow laboratory procedures for specimen collection, processing, testing, and reporting. Maintain accurate patient records and laboratory documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biological, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Reproductive Laboratory Science, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in embryology, andrology, medical technology, and phlebotomy. Minimum 4 years of laboratory experience. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related scientific field. 5+ years of experience in embryology, andrology, and endocrinology testing.
