Advanced Practitioner Nocturnist Opportunity Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region's largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization. Position Highlights - We are seeking an experienced APP to work at Baystate Medical Center, our 716-bed flagship hospital located in Springfield MA, the regions' only level 1 trauma center. Responsibilities include rounding, admitting, cross-covering and strong multi-disciplinary collaboration. APPs work closely with our physician hospitalists and APP educators to provide evidence-based clinical care to a diverse patient population. Practice autonomously while benefitting from strong physician support. Dedicated APP leadership will support your ongoing professional development. Our competency-based orientation will equip you for a successful career in hospital medicine. Opportunity to develop as an educator working with APP students and new grads. Involvement in clinical research and QI opportunities is also available for those interested. 12-hour shifts from 7pm - 7am, 3 on 4 off schedule, 1:3 rotational Saturdays.

Qualifications:
Board certified ACNPs, AGACNPs or PAs with at least 2 years of inpatient advanced practice experience. The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.Hospital Medicine AP:
