In this 100% onsite role, you will drive cell line engineering and reagent generation to support innovative therapeutic development.
Generate and engineer novel cell lines (KO, KI, OE) for antibody discovery and assay development.
Execute cellular assays and perform FACS analysis and cell sorting.
Support technology development in cell line engineering and genome editing applications.
Consolidate cell line assets into digital inventory systems and coordinate stocks across sites.
Hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture and cell line development.
Practical experience with flow cytometry (FACS analysis and sorting) and cell-based assays.
Knowledge of gene editing platforms (e.g., CRISPR, TALENs, ZFNs, or recombinases).

qualifications:
Required:
MSc degree (non-PhD) in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.2-5 years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience.Hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture and cell line development.
Practical experience with flow cytometry (FACS analysis and sorting) and cell-based assays.
Knowledge of gene editing platforms (e.g., CRISPR, TALENs, ZFNs, or recombinases).
Preferred:
