Syngenta's R D Team is seeking a Crop Protection Field Development Intern in Lansing, MI. This internship role will work alongside experienced R D Scientists on meaningful projects that contribute to the development of crop protection products and technologies. You will be exposed to independent project work, as well as job shadowing and cross-functional opportunities. You will gain hands-on experience in field, greenhouse, and/or laboratory environments while building technical, professional, and leadership skills. As part of Syngenta's Emerging Talent Program, you will gain hands-on experience, exposure to day-to-day business operations, and opportunities to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges while developing your professional skills.
