The successful candidate will:

Assist with nanopore sequencing experiments Curate molecular data within lab and MSI servers Help write and/or submit peer-reviewed publications Prepare and submit sequence data to NCBI. This role is designed for a researcher with demonstrated experience in nanopore sequencing and bioinformatics, direct experience submitting sequence data to NCBI, and prior experience working within a BSL2 molecular lab.
