Our accelerated six-month program blends hands-on skill development with strong academic foundations in anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology, and professional ethics. Classes run Monday through Thursday, 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM , providing an immersive and supportive learning experience in a small-class environment. Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Anatomy and Physiology Instructor to join our teaching team. This role focuses on helping students understand human body structure and the processes of those structures as they relate to massage therapy practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in anatomy, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students in a supportive, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Teach and demonstrate anatomy concepts in alignment with Sabai's approved curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and interactive learning activities. Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback, grades, and mentorship. Maintain accurate attendance and academic records per school policy. Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with faculty and administration to continuously improve course content. Participate in faculty meetings, trainings, and school events as needed. Qualifications Degree or equivalent coursework in Anatomy, or related field. Prior teaching or training experience strongly preferred. Massage therapy experience or LMT licensure (Montana) a plus but not required. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
