Manages and conducts research activities for the Kidney Transplant Research Laboratory which includes daily experimental design and execution, data analysis/interpretation and ordering maintenance of laboratory supplies/equipment. Responsible for assisting with developing protocols and regulatory documents in collaboration with the Principal Investigator, to include supervision of laboratory personnel and laboratory budget responsibilities.
