Operating in a flexible hybrid model, you will drive breakthrough vaccine research by analyzing complex multi-omics datasets and developing state-of-the-art AI-agent solutions.

45 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Masters responsibilities: Integrate and analyze multi-omics datasets (bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, TCR/BCR sequencing, host immune profiling) to identify key biomarkers for vaccine efficacy and safety. Design and implement AI-agent platforms to explore, query, and generate insights across biological data, literature, and knowledge graphs. Build robust data pipelines allowing AI systems to retrieve, summarize, and reason across complex scientific workflows. Develop interfaces and APIs connecting internal databases, cloud storage, and bioinformatics tools. Collaborate closely with cross-functional computational biology and data science teams to deliver scalable AI research tools.
qualifications:
Required:
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or Immunology. Proven experience analyzing multi-omics datasets (genetics, transcriptomics, single-cell, spatial omics, or immune profiling) for biomedical or vaccine research. Background in biomarker discovery, immune-response analysis, or systems immunology. Strong communication and collaboration skills suited for a hybrid team environment.
Preferred:
Experience generating immunological insights from single-cell sequencing data. Expertise in AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent system architecture using Python. #LI-MH1 skills:
