$270k•300k per year Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Clinical Geneticist to provide 100% virtual genetic consultations. The physician will evaluate VETERAN patients, review medical and family histories, order appropriate genetic testing, interpret results, and provide follow-up recommendations. Responsibilities Conduct genetic consultations via telemedicine. Evaluate patients across a broad range of genetic indications, including adult general genetics, cancer genetics, and preconception genetics. Review medical records and relevant clinical information. Order and interpret appropriate genetic testing. Communicate test results and recommendations to patients and referring providers. Provide follow-up consultations and document all clinical encounters in the EHR. Patient Volume Approximately 10-12 new patient consultations per week Approximately 10-12 follow-up appointments per week Requirements MD or DO degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Clinical Genetics/Medical Genetics. Current, full, and unrestricted U.S. medical license. Current BLS certification or equivalent. Experience or comfort providing care through telemedicine.
