Bothell, WA Full Time Immuno-Oncology Entry Level SystImmune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Redmond, WA and Princeton, NJ. It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its established drug development platforms, focusing on bi-specific, multi-specific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). SystImmune has multiple assets in various stages of clinical trials for solid tumor and hematologic indications. Alongside ongoing clinical trials. SystImmune has a robust preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discover and IND-enabling stages, representing cutting-edge biologics development. SystImmune Inc. is seeking a motivated Research Associate I/II to join the Bioassay team within the Immuno-Oncology department. This role will support the engineering of complex cell lines and the execution of cell-based immunoassays to enable the discovery and development of novel cancer therapeutics. The ideal candidate will be a strong experimentalist with direct experience in genetic modification (such as lentiviral transduction and knock-in/out) and bioassay execution who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hands-on laboratory role focused on critical materials generation, assay execution, and data analysis. The successful candidate will maintain high-quality experimental standards while developing deep technical expertise in immuno-oncology drug development. This role is full-time onsite in Redmond, WA and will move to Bothell, WA fall 2026. Key Responsibilities Engineer stable cell lines using lentiviral transduction, CRISPR knock-ins, and knock-outs Analyze complex datasets, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal teams. Perform rigorous batch qualification of critical reagents and cell lines to ensure assay consistency. Maintain and manipulate complex co-cultures of primary immune cells and engineered cancer cell lines. Conduct functional assays using Incucyte live-cell imaging, flow cytometry, and ELISA-based platforms. Develop, optimize, and validate cell-based and immunoassays to support drug development programs.
