Job Description

Chemical Lab Technician Now Hiring in the Hayward, CA area! We are seeking a detail-oriented Chemical Lab Technician to support laboratory testing, quality control, and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for conducting routine laboratory procedures, preparing samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Pay:
$28.00-$32.00
Shift:
Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Job Duties:
Prepare and process chemical samples for testing and analysis. Perform routine laboratory testing and quality control inspections. Document test results and maintain accurate laboratory records. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Assist with process monitoring and troubleshooting activities. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Biology, Materials Science, or a related field preferred. Previous laboratory, quality control, or manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge of chemical handling and laboratory safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately record and analyze data. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience Chemical testing and sample preparation. Quality control or regulated manufacturing environments. GMP, ISO, or laboratory documentation practices.
