Job Description

Personnel Plus is
NOW HIRING
a Chemical Applicator in Nampa, ID Full Time Monday- Friday Day shift; hours may vary $22 per hour or DOE Potential Temp to hire
Duties:
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and other approved products. Mix, handle, transport, store, and dispose of chemicals safely and in compliance with regulations. Operate, calibrate, inspect, and maintain spray equipment and application tools. Monitor landscapes for pests, diseases, weeds, and nutrient deficiencies. Maintain accurate application records and treatment documentation. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Communicate with supervisors, team members, and clients regarding treatment schedules and landscape conditions. Assist with related landscape maintenance duties as needed. Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Resume submittal with a second meeting with client Current Idaho Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of chemical application methods, pesticide labels, SDS information, and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in landscape management, turf care, arboriculture, or pest control preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods. Ability to work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain Be drug- free
