Job Requirements:
Required :
Associate's degree in a clinical, laboratory, chemical, physical, or biological science
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or degree in medical technology from an accredited institution Ability to pipette with accuracy and experience with conducting basic laboratory procedures Ability to complete assignments and multitask with a high degree of accuracy Strong communication skills in written and oral form Ability to read and comprehend science documents Ability to perform scientific math equations including the following: ratios, percentages, dilutions and conversions Familiarization with Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills Previous microscope experience preferred Must be able to meet attendance requirements and have flexibility in scheduling. Must be comfortable in handling human specimens and have a high regard for safety and good laboratory practices.
