Job Description
Seasonal / Part-Time Fireplace & Gas Appliance Service Technician We're looking for an experienced, dependable service technician to help with our busy fireplace season (September-February). If you have experience working on gas fireplaces, HVAC systems, furnaces, or other gas appliances and enjoy troubleshooting and working directly with customers, we'd like to talk with you.
Responsibilities:
- Service and troubleshoot gas fireplaces.
- Perform annual maintenance and cleaning.
- Diagnose ignition, venting, and gas valve issues.
- Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their fireplaces.
- Complete service paperwork and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience servicing gas fireplaces, HVAC systems, furnaces, or similar gas appliances.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in residential homes.
