Responsibilities:
1) General duties include assembly
  • what is the assembly process and what items are they assembling?
  • Any machine operation?
If so, please provide the machine.

LOCTITE RB40 200
D-Series Benchtop Dispensing Robot | Client Adhesives thermal tester: Specifications for
TIM 1300 & TIM 1400
  • Analysis Tech Texture analyzer: Texture Analyzers | Texture Technologies 2) Sanding
  • what tools are they using to for sanding? Or any other tools, power tools that will be used in other job duties? no sanding 3) Staining
  • any hazardous chemical handling? Yes, one adhesive (SDS attached)
  • Non-hazardous chemical handling?
  • If so, are they trained and PPEs provided. PPE lab coat, glasses, steel toed shoes, gloves, hearing protection 4) Picking, packing, loading & stocking
  • Will the employee be unloading/loading trucks? Or just loading? no 5) Spray sheets of material and pack them in a box.
